- I have a 1 year and 10 months experience in the call center industry as a Sr. Customer Service Representative which helps to enhance my customer service and decision making skills. I have a 1 year sales staff experience in the bank wherein I was able to apply and use the customer service skills that I learned from my call center experience. During my 1 year in sales, I was able to enjoy communicating with the customers especially handling their inquiries. I also have more than 6 years experience in back office or administrative work with the bank which includes handling email inquiries, phone inquiries and documentations. During those years I was able to handle different types of clients bank concerns, (face to face, over the phone and through email) and, I was to solve their concerns by extending efforts to find ways.

Our departmenf is the main back office of thr branches for processing multiple bank accounts of clients such as payroll accounts, personal savings accounts, and other accounts. I mainly handle the bulk opening of corporate payroll accounts. I am one of the account openers of the accounts encoded by my encoders . Once processed, accounts will be forwarded to officer for authorization or approval. Once approved , accounts will be reported to internal salea officers for reporting to branches and forward documents for proper handling of branches.
I also handle the email and phone call inquiries of internal and external clients.
